NIGHT FORMULA. SLEEP-ER is a complex dietary supplement. It contains melatonin, D-aspartic acid (DAA) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), extracts of valerian and lemon balm, amino acids and minerals. SLEEP-ER contains magnesium which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and vitamin B6 which contributes to regulation of the hormonal activity and proper functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contained in the product helps maintain normal levels of testosterone in the blood. SLEEP-ER is recommended for extremely active athletes and those suffering intense physical or mental fatigue who do not regenerate completely during sleep.

 INGREDIENTS: maltodextrin; L-arginine hydrochloride; magnesium (magnesium citrate, magnesium lactate); L-glutamine; D-aspartic acid (DAA); L-lysine hydrochloride; L-ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA); L-tryptophan; extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) [4:1]; extract from leaves of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) [4:1]; aromas; anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; acidity regulator – malic acid; L-theanine; zinc (zinc gluconate); thickeners – sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum; sweetener – sucralose; color for tropical orange taste – beta-carotene; vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); color for cotton candy taste – azorubine; melatonin.

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 9 g (1,5 scoops) in 150-200 ml of water. Take 1 servings daily, preferably 30 min. before bedtime.

 WARNINGS:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
